On the right is my own bot in Telegram. You can rent a bot like this from me: with a main menu, search, mail, AI and moderation. Besides Telegram, also for WhatsApp, Discord, Signal, Slack, Teams, Matrix and Threema.

The core bot with hosting costs €39.99 a month. On top, you only pick the features you actually need.

Pick a platform, tick the features, see the price, pay. Payment is by card via Stripe, monthly or yearly.

Customer account

See your bots, when the next charge is due and all invoices. If you bring your own Telegram bot, you add its token here.

Change your bot’s texts, menus and commands yourself, without waiting for me.

Bot Factory

The program on my servers that assembles and starts the bots. You won’t notice it, except that your bot is ready quickly.

Which messengers work

Not every messenger lets bots do the same things. WhatsApp, for example, does not allow bots in groups. That’s why the shop only shows you the features that actually work on your platform.

What a bot like this can do

  • Mail in your chat: new mail from Gmail, Outlook, GMX or WEB.DE arrives as a message, and you can reply right there.
  • Spam gone without you looking: new members solve a captcha, and ads are deleted before anyone sees them.
  • Answering questions: the knowledge base bot answers from your own documents, for example a price list as a PDF.
  • Appointments: customers book free slots in the chat and get a reminder.
  • Small things: parcel tracking, train connections, weather, reminders and secure passwords.

Who is behind Runschmiede

I’m Rafael Kinder from Dresden, and I have worked professionally with computers, networks and servers for 15 years. In October 2026 I went self-employed, with IT-Service Kinder for computer help and Runschmiede for bots. Runschmiede is the part I most enjoy building.

Today it includes a Control Panel, more than 60 ready-made Telegram bots and the Bot Factory that programs new bots on its own. The servers are in Frankfurt/Offenbach, tokens are stored encrypted, and there is no advertising or tracking.

Since everything is brand new, there are no customer reviews here yet. If you are not sure whether a bot is right for you, just write to me. I’ll tell you honestly whether it helps.
